We have just received the non-technical paper competition topic. The topic
involves this question: Is it Ethical to Associate Credentials With Competency?
This is also the national

There is also a technical paper that can be about any
original research in Civil Engineering.
For both papers you will be eligible for fame, recognition,
and CASH prizes!
