Tracy Livingston
serial entrepreneur for the last 24 years. Most recently 9 years as founder, CEO, and Chairman of Wasatch Wind; a large scale wind energy development company. In parallel he was founder, CEO, and chair of Wind Tower Systems, sold to GE in 2011, and CEO of Erie Wind Energy, a pending 4000 MW offshore wind energy project. Previously he developed the Spanish Fork Wind Farm, Utah's first. Using his own funds and a small staff, he honed his skills by obtaining unique legislative and regulatory changes in Utah. His company overcame the challenges of the legislative laws, utility commission mandates, property taxation methods, and a very difficult legacy pricing structure. Further, in the face of seemingly insurmountable opposition, his diplomacy and experience in local outreach convinced local citizens to become overwhelmingly supportive.
